Wyeth Ayerst has called on the Food and Drug Administration to investigate the sale and marketing of these compounded bio-identical hormones. The complaint doesn't ask the FDA to investigate a specific pharmacy, but to look into what Wyeth claims are illegal practices throughout the industry.  Most of you are aware of this attempt on the part of Big Pharma, in the person of Wyeth, to slow down the tide of customers switching over from their products to compounded bio-identical hormones made by individual compounding pharmacies.

Wiley Systems has instituted a new policy for quality control utilizing a five pharmacist national review board, to insure complete standardization in all matters concerning formularies, patient inserts and diagnostic calendars.

Becoming a member of the Wiley Systems is easy and profitable. Registering with T.S. Wiley means, in essence, a trade. In trade for the right to use the name Wiley Protocol® for the product you produce when a physician calls in a prescription for “The Wiley Protocol®”, you agree to a contract that specifies the methods, materials, packaging and recommended pricing of the Wiley Protocol® at your Pharmacy.  These requirements of good manufacturing practices apply only to the production of the Wiley Protocol®.  T. S. Wiley is only concerned with the compounding of The Wiley Protocol®.

Upon registration, Wiley Systems™ will contact you with training information. Dana Nelson, BS, MS, FASCP is in charge of training the Registered Pharmacies with regard to The Wiley Protocol® methods and materials preparation.

Dana and our training staff will provide hands-on training either in San Luis Obispo, California for $750.00 or on-site at your Pharmacy for $750.00 plus expenses. A Training DVD and Pharmacy Methods and Materials Preparation Manual of intellectual property available only to Registered Pharmacies in included in the price of the training.
