The materials include a take home Physician’s Desk Manual of “Clinical Practice Guidelines™”,  & 1 copy each of Lights Out and Sex, Lies and Menopause by T.S.Wiley, the Review of Medical Physiology with Study Guide by William Ganong, and the Multiple Action of Steroid Hormones, an endocrinology paper. If you already own the educational intellectual property, you may bring your own materials. Reservations are limited to 30 attendees per seminar.
