Dr. Robert P. Mathis

Dr. Robert MathisThe Wiley protocol completes what began 1000’s of years ago: Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). It represents a full circle returning the body to its natural rhythmic cycle. The Wiley protocol initiates a multitude of hormone messages spread across the body refreshing the many systems by re-establishing synchronous recognizable hormone messages. This wave of information instructs the bodies many processes in the usual and customary way that the body has been use to for 10s of thousands of years thus renewing the functional health of the patient.

The closer a medicine or treatment copies, harmonizes and restores the natural system function  the better the results. Many areas of medical research have proven this concept.

I decided to offer the protocol for many reasons including my observations of other medical technologies that copy nature which have been very successful. When I first heard TS Wiley talk, studied the protocol and read her books, I quickly arrived at similar conclusions. The sooner a therapy encourages natures way the sooner the patient will feel well again (Insulin dependant diabetics are given insulin with each meal). Additionally, I have spent over 200 hours during the last two years in hormone and anti-aging seminars listening to many authorities in their respective fields. These well documented research guided seminars have provided sufficient proof of the value of hormone replacement therapy and other types of restorative therapies that I offer.

I have patients using the protocol for more than two years. I know individuals who have been on the protocol for many years. Of course, as with any treatment, there are a mysterious few who don’t benefit, but on the whole most patients do very well with some requiring an initial adjustment period carefully orchestrated by their healthcare provider through close frequent follow-up. The better a patients overall health status the more likely the program will require fewer adjustments initially. Patients with multiple health problems will require close healthcare provider supervision and possible treatment of other system deficiencies such as thyroid or adrenal before they will realize optimum outcomes. The program requires an above average attention and work on the part of the patient.

My patients describe how they feel using words like “ I have my life back”  “I can think again” “I can sleep again” “I feel whole again” “ I am not as bothered by stress as I use to be” “ I feel wonderful again.”

As with all medical treatments a good working patient-doctor relationship is of the utmost importance. Continuous close follow up is always best. A patient should feel comfortable calling the healthcare provider at any time for any reason. If a patient can not communicate with their healthcare provider they should find one they can talk to and switch.

Sincerely,

Robert P. Mathis, MD
